Nobody really knows why, but this certain cartoon character on parody tees was a Gulf War phenomenon. Dozens of bootleg designs were produced. All of them crude, handmade, and absolutely hilarious.
This 'Bort' tee is our favorite. Usually we wouldn't go to such great lengths, but this was a passion project. So we painstakingly restored, recolored, and redrew this design from a single blurry photograph of the original.
We obsessed about every detail, especially the fine lines and geography of the theater map to Bort's right. It was a labor of love, and we hope it shows in the details.
