The Personnel Armor System for Ground Troops (PASGT) was first introduced by the U.S. military in 1983, seeing widespread use through the early 2000s before declining with the adoption of more lightweight, well-armored, and communications-equipped models. For those two decades, it set a high watermark for ballistic defense. Originally also including a flak jacket vest, the PASGT system is now only issued in a derived form among the U.S. Navy and Army Reserve.

• 1.5” suspension webbing and headband for comfort
• Two point chinstrap design
• Two adjustable buckles with snap fastener
• 19 layers of Kevlar aramid fiber with a phenolic resin system

Condition

Helmets have seen use, but are in good condition. Expect scratches, markings, and dings from previous users bumping into stuff with your helmet.
